  • Experience writing for the IT pro audience

  • Knowledge of Windows Server technology, Active Directory, and certificate concepts

  • Ability to ramp up quickly on a complex product

  • Experience with real time collaboration a plus

  • Solid writing, documentation project management skills (the ability to manage a doc to a schedule, incorporate tech review and drive any conflicting information to closure)
